About the Role
The hiring company is a market research and strategy consulting company based in Manchester, NH and with remote employees throughout the U.S. We are looking to hire a part-time (~15 hours per week) HubSpot and email marketing manager. This individual must have several years' experience and complete "fluency" in the HubSpot CRM platform and deploying email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Inputting new contacts into HubSpot
Creating/amending fields within HubSpot contact database
Leveraging ZoomInfo to identify new business leads and importing them to HubSpot
Exporting and updating LinkedIn contacts into HubSpot
Regular HubSpot “scrubbing” and database cleansing to ensure contacts are up to date and accurate
Working with firm’s sales executives to build email outreach lists and execute outreach campaigns for the firm's business development efforts
Setting up, sending, managing and analyzing company-wide email outreach campaigns within HubSpot
Collaborating with the content team to develop engaging email content, including newsletters, promotions, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Implementing lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies within HubSpot to effectively segment and engage with leads based on their behavior and interests.
Conducting regular A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance and increase engagement.
Monitoring email deliverability metrics and implementing strategies to improve inbox placement, open rates, and click-through rates.
Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email marketing, such as conversion rates, ROI, and engagement metrics, and providing reports and insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
Proven years of experience working with the HubSpot CRM platform and deploying successful email marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing HubSpot's email marketing tools and features.
In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing strategies, and experience in implementing lead scoring and automated workflows.
Proficient in using email marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging email content.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
Results-driven mindset, with a focus on optimizing email campaign performance and achieving measurable goals and objectives.
Rate:
$10-$15/hr
